AF-FM transition

First-order phase transition from antiferromagnetic (AF) to ferromagnetic (FM) when the temperature rises above ≈ 370 K. Huge isothermal entropy change, 12.5 JK -1 kg -1 , wide thermal hysteresis ≈ 10 K, and iso-structural lattice expansion with 1% volume change.

Multicaloric transition responding to magnetic field, and isostatic pressure.
