Méthodologie de dimensionnement d'un dissipateur thermique pour les convertisseurs de puissance

This work proposes a scaling and an analytical resolution of a thermal problem applied to power electronics. A study of the influence of the parameters on the overheating factor is performed to understand the underlying phenomena. Finally, two sizing methods are proposed, based on abacuses calculated from the proposed resolution.
