Electrotransfection results on Jurkat cells on a microdevice

This paper presents Green Fluorescence Protein (GFP) transfection results on Jurkat cells thanks to electroporation technique on a microdevice. After optimisation of the electrical fields through electrical analysis of the microdevice and biological experiments with Propidium Iodure (IP) and calceïn, transfection rates up to 70% were obtained.
