FB-GDM: Fully-Bayesian Guided Diffusion Models for High-Dimensional Linear Inverse Problems via Unsupervised Variational Inference

Diffusion models are powerful priors for linear inverse problems, but the reference guidance methods, Diffusion Posterior Sampling (DPS) and Pseudoinverse-Guided Diffusion Models (ΠGDM), rely on scalar hyperparameters tuned per task, usually against…

Effects of vibration fatigue on mechanical parameters of representative numerical models of painted wooden heritage objects

Painted wooden heritage objects are complex multilayered systems strongly affected by environmental conditions. In addition to variations of thermohygromechanical properties among layers, which can induce stresses leading to delamination and…

Study of the impact of short-circuit conditions on the robustness of GaN power transistor for aeronautic and automotive applications

As part of the GANRET project led by the IRT Saint Exupery, this thesis investigates the short-circuit (SC) robustness of gallium nitride (GaN) high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs). Although these devices offer outstanding performances, their…

HIERARCHICAL PROMPT-AWARE ZERO-SHOT OUT-OF-DISTRIBUTION DETECTION

Reliable image recognition systems should both classify known categories and detect novel classes in open-set settings, especially under zero-shot constraints where no training examples are available. We propose a zero-shot OOD detection method that…

Detection of the hidden corrosion defect on a L-shaped structural steel using ultrasonic guided waves

Electricity transmission towers situated in open environments are continuously exposed to atmospheric and industrial impacts. Corrosion occurs inevitably under the impacts of these external factors. This study discusses the methodology of detecting…
