The standard characterization of electrical steel, made under sinusoidal polarisations, can be insufficient to predict the behavior under real operating conditions of such materials. Most applications suffer from both a consequent harmonic content and the apparition of non-centered dynamic minor loops, which greatly increases the complexity of loss prediction. In these conditions, hysteresis modeling may prove invaluable to accurately depict the material behavior. This work aims to make available an open-access dataset for hysteresis model tuning and testing, focusing on Non-Oriented (NO) Fe-(3wt%)Si lamination under test condition of increasing complexity : sinusoidal characterizations, characterizations under DC-bias, PWM-like conditions.
